National Sales Manager – Commercial Division

Amtico, a brand leader in premium design floors whether in the Commercial or Residential Sector is looking to expand its management team with an ambitious Business Development professional to add to the talented and dedicated team driving this high growth business. The candidate will focus on delivering ambitious plans to further accelerate sales growth in the Commercial specification and design sector, managing and directing a team of sales specialists focussing on a range of key sectors in the UK market. The candidate will leverage the strength of Amtico’s British manufacturing quality, its innovative product portfolio and design capability that continues to deliver double digit growth in today’s market.

THE ROLE
The role of the National Sales Manager is to accelerate the plan using their track record and experience to guide a UK sales team. In a fast paced growth environment the remit is broad, exciting and challenging as you will own a channel growth plan with the accountabilities and deliverables attached to the achievement of the agreed sales targets.

The individual sought will be a proven and exceptional sales leader with a track record of growing the revenue line, and most importantly margin, in mature markets. This will require innovative thinking and consultative selling to guide end users who perhaps are unaware of the buying propositions available to them. The need to successfully engage, coach and lead the sales team is paramount but equally the necessity to develop the team in new ways of thinking and action to achieve the sales growth required in selected commercial markets.
