Temporary/interim appointments

ABPM have a highly successful track record in helping our clients find the right temporary or interim staffing solution.

Temporary staffing solutions

Flexibility of the labour market is a driver to employers in the current economy. The quickest and most cost-effective way for our clients to recruit is to employ a temporary accountant utilising ABPM’s back office support.

ABPM looks after all payroll issues. The client simply pays the fixed hourly charge rate. The number of hours worked can mean the amount may vary from week to week, according to what has been authorised, and an overtime rate can be agreed in advance with us. Total flexibility is ensured.

ABPM will guarantee the specialist consultant will have interviewed the candidate employed and there will be at least 2 references on file before the placement. We also offer a free working interview for all our temps.

Interim management solutions

Interim management is a fast-growing market. A number of our senior finance professionals are registered with us to seek interim assignments only.

We search for, select and recruit experienced Interim Managers for highly challenging roles within businesses that are undergoing change due to a variety of reasons. Fixed-term contracts
