ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a construction business based in Leicestershire to recruit a Management Accountant. The successful individual will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant who can produce on-time accurate management accounts and be able to support people at all levels in the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, produce on-time and accurate management accounts and provide them with business performance information.
• Working closely with the finance team to meet objectives.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Cash flow reviews on a weekly basis.
• Provide accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supply P&L analysis.
• Mostly office based but occasional travel to other sites may be required.

ESSENTIAL

• You will need to be a qualified or part-qualified accountant
• Experience of budgeting and producing on monthly reports and accounts.
• Strong Excel skills.
