An exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to support this expanding manufacturing and distribution business. A driven and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast-paced working environment where they can help refine processes and assist business advancement. A solid finance professional with a good eye for numbers who can prioritise and achieve deadlines would fit this team perfectly.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Production of management accounts.
• Supervision of a small team.
• Communicating financial information to senior management.
• Control account reconciliations.
• Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Accruals & prepayments.
• Inventory controls.
• Managing fixed assets register.
• General ledger, incl. journal preparation & posting.
• VAT returns.
• Assist with completion of month-end, ad-hoc weekly / monthly reporting.

Do you have the knowledge and experience?

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience within the retail, manufacturing or e-commerce sector.
• An understanding of Importing/Exporting would be advantageous.
