Do you have extensive management experience?
You have the opportunity to join a leading accountancy firm as an Associate Director! You would work alongside multiple departments to shape business structure, produce positive work culture and build a supportive team network. You must also be an excellent communicator to guide and mentor staff of all levels and work closely with clients.
An insight to your responsibilities:
- Responsible for department success.
- Relationship management, acquiring work and team development.
- Support, motivate and mentor a team of all levels.
- Understand the clients needs and provide a tailored service.
- Day to day compliance and advisory for clients from yourself and the team.
- Collaboratively work across offices to build a positive employee network.
- Building and maintain client relationships.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Do you have the knowledge and experience?
- ACA / ACCA / CTA.
- Extensive management experience.
- Proven ability of working with clients to deliver a quality service.
