ABPM are assisting an exciting privately held business, operating in a product-based service provider to the UK market. They have reached a stage that requires the appointment of a hands-on HR Manager. They will be tasked to be part of and support the evolving business through change, reporting into the Group Managing Director. Ensuring a seamless HR service through transactions and operations, whilst staying in line with a positive people-focused culture.
So, what’s the role?
- Lead the full employee cycle from recruitment, reviews, and offboarding.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date employee records.
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Advise leadership on legislations following employment changes.
- Trusted point of contact for employees.
- Promote and ensure culture and engagement.
- Coordinate training, learning, and development with employees.
- Maintain the HR database.
- Collaborate for business changes and reflect on current practices.
- Staff planning and strategic alignment.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
You will need to have proven standalone HR experience within a similar role and hold an understanding of UK employment law and compliance.
