Are you an accountant with a passion for systems, process improvement, and data analytics? We are seeking a commercially minded Systems Accountant with strong Power BI expertise to bridge the gap between Finance and Technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the financial systems, drive reporting improvements, and support business decision-making and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key Finance connection for ERP and financial systems development.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive automation across finance functions.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices across reporting systems.
- Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools and systems.
About You:
- Proven experience in a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, management accounting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing business experience.
