ABPM are recruiting an exciting, newly created HR Manager role for a medium-sized business with organic and acquisition growth plans. A hands-on experienced HR professional is required to bring all HR processes in-house; this will be a standalone role. The individual will take full responsibility for setting up all HR processes and business partnering with the leadership team and the company to ensure accuracy and smooth integration.

- Employee relations and HR support.
- Compliance and policy management.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Performance and talent management.
- HR operations and business partnering.
You will need proven standalone HR experience, a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is confident, highly organised, and knowledgeable. The ideal individual will be degree educated with 5-10 years of experience within HR and ideally worked within a business(es) that has integrated employees from acquisitions. A spontaneous worker who can emit energy to create a positive work culture. Ambitious to grow over time to become Director-level, but has realistic expectations with business growth.
