ABPM Recruitment Ltd  and Blues Point Ltd come together as a unified force to better service client needs in the recruitment of Accountants and IT Professionals across the Midlands and further afield as demand dictates.

To confirm – the above is not a typo! I alluded to developments in my January newsletter, so I am delighted to announce the launch of ABPM+. Working co-operatively on numerous occasions over the past 10 years, this is a natural coming together of two of the most successful independent recruitment firms in the Midlands, with shared values and philosophies.

A quick introduction to Blues Point Ltd, as you all know enough about ABPM Recruitment. Blues Point Ltd is an IT recruitment and employee engagement company.  Like ABPM they have a broad spectrum of clients but with a sweet spot for businesses that need a partnership approach.  They are particularly experienced at using objective tools to back up recruitment decisions, including personality profiling and technical testing. As we work closer together these services will continue to be available to all of our clients. Enhancing what we do well already, this will support the retention of star employees, map the type of individuals to hire and improve the performance of teams and thereby your business.

We will continue to use our respective websites to handle most enquiries but from 1st March 2021 our new joint website will be www.abpmplus.co.uk.

ABPM+ is an exciting new chapter in our story as we are now able to offer both financial and IT recruitment opportunities. Following up from my previous newsletter, I carry through the theme of new beginnings and the God Janus; we look back on the qualities that underpin our service and look to maintain and enhancing them into the future as we embark upon this new chapter.
