A qualified and knowledgeable finance professional is needed to support development of the commercial finance function. The role is focused to utilise expertise to upgrade controls whilst mentoring a team. Perfect for an an expereonced commercial finance leader who enjoys the opportunity to impart knowledge and expertise.
Our client is a manufacturing organisation based in Leicestershire and is seeking immediate interim support for around 6-9 month period.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a team of Analysts (not necessarily from an accounting background).
- Commercial accounting process reviews and identify improvements for controls and reconciliation.
- Evaluate performance and drive the improved forecast.
- Provide support to the ERP implementation.
- Help with planned commercial finance projects.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA / ACCA / ACMA.
- Background of Manufacturing or FMCG.
